Refund & Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item/s to return them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com to advise us of your return prior to returning the item/s and allow 48 hours for a reply within our business hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Kindly note that sale items will not be accepted for return , exchange or credit note.
Returns Postage :
Please note that we do not cover the return postage costs and it will be at your expense. Ensure you use a service that allows tracking enabling you to track the item.
We are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
We will be providing a full refund in the events below -
- The product is faulty at arrival.
- The product arrived is not the ordered style, colour or size
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order with the goods in original packaging, with tags intact, unworn and unwashed. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
Acceptance of returned goods shall not be construed as an agreement to refund the purchase price until after the goods have been inspected and found to be in a condition satisfactory for return, and then only if the reason for the return of the goods is considered valid by Kute Cuddles in its discretion.
Please choose carefully as unfortunately returns/exchanges will not be made due to “change of mind”.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
