Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item/s to return them. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for all returns. 

Please contact our customer care team at hello@kutecuddles.com.au to advise us of your return prior to returning the item/s and allow 48 hours for a reply within our business hours. If your return is accepted, you will need to post it to the proved address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Kindly note that sale items will not be accepted for return , exchange or credit note.

Returns Postage :

Please note that we do not cover the return postage costs and it will be at your expense. 

We are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.

Refund Policy

We will be providing a full refund in the events below - 

  • The product is faulty at arrival.
  • The product arrived is not the ordered style, colour or size

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order with the goods in original packaging, with tags intact, unworn and unwashed. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

Acceptance of returned goods shall not be construed as an agreement to refund the purchase price until after the goods have been inspected and found to be in a condition satisfactory for return, and then only if the reason for the return of the goods is considered valid by Kute Cuddles in its discretion.

Please choose carefully as unfortunately returns/exchanges will not be made due to “change of mind”.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Gift with Purchase

If a Gift with purchase offer is active, the customers will be prompted to make a selection for the gift during the check out process. If a customer doesn't choose a specific product it will be considered as the customer rejected the offer for a Gift with Purchase therefore, no free gift will be added to the order.
