Shipping and Tracking

Within Australia & New Zealand

We are working with Australia Post for all our deliveries, tracked shipping is provided for all orders. We provide FREE shipping for orders over $100 (excluding shipping) and FREE EXPRESS Shipping for order over $250 (excluding shipping). For orders under this amount the standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.95 and express shipping is a flat rate of $12. 

*Shipping policy pricing excludes wholesale customers.

Worldwide

We have opened up International shipping All orders under AUD $250 a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $20 will apply and all orders above AUD $250 will be FREE. Express International shipping is at a flat fee of $35. 

For some regions we are only able to offer Express International shipping is at a flat fee of $35. 

We are working with AusPost and DHL Express for our international deliveries as well and we are using the international standard service for our deliveries. 

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a piece that is on pre-order at the time of your purchase, the order will be shipped once the pre-order piece is available in stock. You will be provided with an indicative time of availability with the pre-order. 

In case you need the pieces in stock at the time of order to be dispatched before the pre-order piece is available kindly contact us at hello@kutecuddles.com.au. Additional shipping costs will apply.

Order processing times?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. There may be variations to this during sale and festive periods depending on volume.
Please note we ship orders on business days and weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.
Please be sure to double check you have entered the correct delivery address to avoid any delays.

Track Your Order

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email and watch your goodies come to you.

​Once your order has been shipped, Kute Cuddles can accept no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight.
